When you contact us or prepare a quotation request, we process the information you choose to provide—such as your name, contact details, itinerary, dates, passenger count and notes—solely to respond, assess the request and manage any subsequent pre-contractual or contractual relationship.

The form does not store data on this website: it opens your device’s email application and the message is sent only after your confirmation.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is necessary to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps at your initiative; where applicable, it also relies on our legitimate interest in managing and protecting business communications. We retain data for the time needed to handle the request and subsequently for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by appointed technical and professional suppliers and, where needed to prepare the requested service, shared with relevant air carriers, airport operators or aviation suppliers.
